Thank you for pointing it out Hamid. I have updated the instructions under Step 3 to reflect the effects of Driver Signature Enforcement and how users could bypass it to install the modified drivers. I did everything you said including modified the inf file with the correct VID and PID info under the section for 64 bit systems, which is what I have. But then when I try to apply it I get a message that the folder specified does not contain a compatible software driver for my device.
